We  have  a   parking    with   10  places  on  

the  territory of  YELLOW CACALOT.   It  is  kept

it  clean,  disposed  of  snow  in  winter.

                                A place is  2200 RUR a month  in summer,

                                                  2700 RUR а month  in winter.

      Semiundeground   garage   for  5  cars            

      is 2800 RUR a month in summer 

                                                    4500 RUR a month in winter. 
       

        High speed  internet  connection -    no limit connection with speed 5 Mbit/s costs 800 RUR a month.

       There  is  washing room in the  basment   with  two  washing machines

for common use.  The price  is  35 RUR  for one washing.  It  is  possible for inhabitants

to install  their  own  washing  machines  in  the  washing  room   (see foto above).

We  have  drying  room  as  well.

         We  have  yard-cleaner  to  cleen  staircases  and

 corridors  of  the  house  and  the  territory  of  YELLOW

CACHALOT  as well.    This  service  is  free  for inhabitants.

           Для отопления и горячего водоснабжения в доме

     имеется  котельная.   Два  итальянских  газовых

     котла,    резервный     твердотопливный   котёл,   два

     бойлера                обеспечивают            бесперебойное

                                                  теплоснабжение.  

         В  ЖЁЛТОМ КАШАЛОТе  не  бывает  летнего  отключения  горячей  воды.

Потребление воды и электроэнергии жители оплачивают по счетчикам.

           В цокольном этаже

           для каждой квартры

           предусмотрена 

        кладовая.        

         Текущее обслуживание квартиры (устранение засоров, замена

лампочек    и   тому    подобное),     а     также    установка     дополнительного

оборудования     (по  желанию   нанимателя),     производится    исключительно

сотрудниками   ЖЁЛТОГО   КАШАЛОТа.
